During my trip to the beach last weekend, I ended up with some nasty sun poisoning. My left foot and ankle ended up really painful and swollen. I decided to go to the doctor on Tuesday since it wasn't improving. After a week of Prednisone, prescription burn cream, and just time to heal, this is how my ankle looks. Better but still kind of nasty! :-)
