We took a trip to the Creation Museum in Petersburg, Kentucky as part of our Spring Break 2010. The museum website says that it "brings the pages of the Bible to life", and it really does. We were literally able to walk our children through scripture. I think the girls especially enjoyed the Garden of Eden and Noah's Ark construction site. After we were finished inside the museum, we ventured out to walk through the beautiful botanical gardens and check out the petting zoo. We were able to see a zorse (zebra/horse) and a zonkey (zebra/donkey). I didn't even know such things existed! The museum was another great opportunity to show our kids science and history presented from a Biblical viewpoint.
